Returns Policy

At Renegade Digital Agency LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. We strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services provided. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun. However, we understand that situations may arise where adjustments are needed, and we are open to discussing them.
1. Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.
Once work on a project has begun, payments made are non-refundable.
If a 50% deposit has been made, it is non-refundable if the project is canceled after work begins. However, the client will not be required to pay the remaining 50% if the project is incomplete.
Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service agreements by providing written notice at least [Insert Number] days before the next billing cycle.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, any payments made will not be refunded.
For projects involving payment plans, if the project is canceled before its completion, the remaining balance will not be charged, but any funds already paid are non-refundable.
3. Revisions
We offer two rounds of revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Any additional revisions beyond the two rounds may incur charges at our hourly rate.
